Twinkle stars...

Found a picture of these little stars on Pinterest.
I originally couldn't find the pattern and created my own.
But after some searching I got it. It can be found HERE

For those of you that don't have Ravelry or you find the original pattern hard to follow here is my version

I used DK with F hook and the garland is just ch25 slip-stitch to attach star

R1:start with loop on hook, ch1, puff stitch in first chain, ch2, puff stitch, ch2, puff stitch, ch2, puff stitch,ch2, puff stitch, ch2, slip stitch to top of first puff stitch.

R2:ch3,2dc, ch2, 3dc in same space. 3dc,ch2,3dc in top of next puff stitch, repeat for all puff stitches, slip-stitch to starting chain.

R3:3dc,ch3,3dc in first ch2 space. Sc in between the 3dc/3dc place. Repeat til end slip-stitch to top of first dc of row fasten off.

aha! Yes it is the same one on pinterest we were talking about. Well done with working the pattern for yourself. I'm so new to crochet that I find clever gals like you extraordinary. Star garlands are so christmassy but when the season's over they are twinkly reminder that can linger a little longer. And mine is now hanging above the bed so I don't reckon they will be coming down! xx Fi
